The rubric needs to be turned in with the project. Their grade will be calculated and put on the packet.
As far as the paragraphs about the buildings, do they go on the map or just on a separate sheet of paper?
They can be on a separate piece of paper. I imagine that they won’t have too much room on the map with their other information. If they want to add them to the map that would be ok as well. They can also be typed.
