Homework

In my class students will have homework throughout the week. Homework should be a time to practice skills learned in class and how to be a responsible student. This year students will complete their classwork at school. If they are not able to finish in the amount of time given, then they will need to work on it throughout the day. At times, they will have homework for a specific subject such as math or grammar. If the students have time in class, they can also be completed before going home.

 

I need your help to help the students be responsible with their assignments. They will need to practice their math facts with flashcards throughout the week. This also goes for reading independently and studying spelling words.

 

Cinema Club

Students will have the opportunity to be a part of cinema club when they turn in their homework. If they turn their homework in on time 95% of the time, they will be a part of cinema club.
